Expect HTTP redirect responses
Dayforce hosts multiple versions of this service to support multiple clients. All clients use the same version-agnostic URL appropriate for that environment, and Dayforce issues an HTTP redirect response on every request to ensure that your request is processed on the correct version specific site.
Here are the version-agnostic URLs for the commonly used client facing environments:
Include Credentials on each subsequent redirected requests as part of redirection logic
Each request you submit, even the redirected requests, must include credentials that can be authenticated, and the user account must have access to the Web Services feature on its default role. The Dayforce REST services use the HTTP basic authentication protocol for passing credentials.
